Every PoP/Strapped piece is handcrafted to order. A few minutes of care a week keeps your strap looking like the day it left the atelier.
Silicone & Silicone Steel
- ▸Rinse under lukewarm water after sweat, sunscreen or saltwater exposure.
- ▸For a deeper clean, use a soft toothbrush with mild unscented soap, then air dry.
- ▸Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, acetone and perfumes — they can dull the surface.
- ▸Water resistant to 5 ATM. Safe for showers and pools; avoid hot tubs and saunas.
Stainless Steel
- ▸Wipe down weekly with a soft microfibre cloth to remove oils and fingerprints.
- ▸Polish brushed sections in the direction of the grain — never circular motions.
- ▸For tarnish or stubborn marks, use a steel-safe polish cloth, not abrasive pads.
- ▸Remove before saltwater swimming for long term finish preservation.
Ceramic
- ▸Ceramic is scratch-resistant but can chip on hard impact — treat it like a watch crystal.
- ▸Clean with a damp microfibre cloth and mild soap. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- ▸Avoid stacking with metal jewellery to prevent micro-marks on adjoining links.
Storage
- ▸Store in the pouch your strap shipped in, away from direct sunlight.
- ▸If rotating between straps, keep each in a separate compartment to avoid scuffs.
- ▸Keep away from prolonged temperatures above 50°C / 122°F.
Adjusting & Sizing
- ▸Each strap is made to order — first fitting should be snug but comfortable with one finger of slack.
- ▸If you need a resize, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the fit.
